How we handle your information.

This page explains what we do with personal information when you get in touch with us. It applies to this website and to correspondence with the studio.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you email the studio, we hold your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us about your wedding. There is no contact form on this site, no account to create and nothing you need to sign up for.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to plan and run your wedding if you go on to work with us. We don’t use it for marketing, we don’t build a mailing list from it and we don’t sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else sees it

When we brief suppliers on your behalf we pass on only what they need in order to do their job — usually names, timings and the venue. We don’t pass on budgets or private correspondence.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go anywhere are deleted within a year. If we work together, we keep the planning records for six years afterwards, which is the period we may need them for tax and insurance purposes, and then we delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts and photographs by Unsplash, so those two providers will see your IP address when the page loads, as they would on most websites.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the studio and we’ll deal with it within a month. If you think we’ve handled your information badly and we haven’t put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
